Booking Policies

Everything you need to know before booking your stay at BELADI.

Booking

Reservations processed first-come, first-served
50% downpayment required with valid ID
Confirmation upon receipt of downpayment
Security deposit and waiver required at check-in (refundable upon checkout)

Rebooking

Rebooking allowed if requested 15+ days before arrival
Downpayment is non-refundable
P1,500 rebooking fee applies, plus any rate differences
Force majeure cases: rebooking within 6 months without fees

Cancellation

Full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking (if check-in 15+ days away)
8+ days before check-in: full refund minus P3,500/night fee
Within 7 days of check-in: no refunds

Pet Policy

Up to two pets stay free
Pets must wear diapers and owners must clean up properly
P250/pet fee for additional pets beyond two
Pets are not allowed in the pool area

Force Majeure

Immediate rebooking for COVID lockdowns, positive tests, or natural disasters
No fees if Signal No. 2 or severe weather conditions exist
Rescheduling available based on availability
No refunds; rebooking only
